Crafts
Toddler Twister is a fun game to play with young children.  It teaches them colors, shapes and right and left hands and feet.  Print the shapes off of toddlertoddler.com or cut your own out of construction paper.  Use a loop of masking tape under each shape to place on the floor and have fun! 

Today's Recipe - Roasted Garlic Sauce
Southern Living
2 garlic bulbs
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cut off pointed end of garlic bulbs; place garlic on a piece of aluminum foil.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Fold foil to seal.  Bake at 425F for 30 minutes.  Remove from oven; cool.  Squeeze pulp from garlic cloves.  Cook pulp, whipping cream, butter, and flour in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.  Remove from heat; add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, stirring until smooth.  Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
