Well, such is my life...another virus, another week or two to get over it. Thank you, Lord, for the rest. So, all you get today is a recipe. All this week I will post dessert sauces. Yum! (in moderation...)
Today's Recipe - Hot Fudge Sauce
Southern Living
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
2/3 cup sugar
2 - 5 oz cans evaporated milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm or cool, and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Serve over ice cream or cake. Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
